Our Check-in starts from 3 pm and Check-out ends at 11 am.

Breakfast is served from 7h30 às 9h30with everything you need to start your day off right.

If you have an early morning outing planned — like a boat tour or a city adventure — just let the front desk know in advance. We’ll prepare a little takeaway with care so you can take a little piece of our coffee home with you.

Because a good day starts with a good breakfast.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception. Therefore, your check-in will be accommodated at any time.

Guests can leave their luggage at reception before check-in time and use the entire external area of the hotel. However, the room can only be released from 15:00.  

We offer a pool bar that offers snacks, hamburgers, snacks and drinks.

It is not allowed to take food to eat in the breakfast restaurant and pool bar.

Wi-fi is available in all hotel areas free of charge.

Animals are not allowed in the hotel.

Smoking is not permitted in hotel areas. If there is any type of damage caused by smoking, the hotel will charge a fee.

Payment Policies

Yes, we request 30% of the amount as a guarantee to confirm the reservation. Payment must be made within 72 hours after the reservation is finalized. If payment is not made, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Our hotel offers the option of paying in up to 3 interest-free installments or up to 6 interest-bearing installments. It is important to note that the minimum fee is R$166.00. (Depending on the rate booked)

Failure to show up without prior notice will result in a full fine. After payment, the reservation can still be changed, free of charge, up to 3 days before check-in. Non-refundable amounts.
